Some say, that the European rave explosion had a significant effect on Kristian Vester aka Goodiepal’s music. Others refer to the influence of his humanitarian and educational work, while others note that his rural upbringing, in Denmark, had a significant influence. Whatever the reason, Goodiepal creates intimate, unique sound worlds, which are often created via his hand-crafted instruments and combinations of technologies, everyday objects and other gadgets - a performance not to be missed!

Goodiepal’s profilic career, includes releasing several special edition vinyl records, making new mechanical musical interfaces, playing live across the world and making sounds for clients such as Nokia, Carlsberg, Warner Bros, Statoil, Hitachi, Dolby Surround, Bang & Olufsen, Chupa Chups, Panasonic, Lego Mindstorms and DR.
Over the last four years, he has been teaching music composition and the history of electro acoustic music at The Royal Danish Academy of Music and has also given lectures at Princeton University, Brown University, CalArts – The Californian Institute of the Arts, University of Iowa City, Oslo National Academy of Fine Arts, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Goodiepal’s music has been realased on V/Vm Test and Staalplaat Records (Berlin) and he has also recorded as Mainpal Inv. and more recently as Gaeoudjiparl.
Born in Demark, Goodiepal currently lives in London where he also gives private music lessons and repairs broken mechanical and electric goods.
