Muro, lok architecture, PT/ES
UM invited lok architecture (PT/ES) to create a multi-purpose, economic, public intervention for the first event.
Taking up the challenge, lok have redefined the public outdoor square, Largo do Século, in Bairro Alto, to create a steel frame facade that spans the front plane of square. Composed of rope and materials, this transparent solution, provides not only a playful, public sculpture for UM but also de-marks and transforms the space, while simultaneously retaining the natural dimensions and openness of the square.
